Passpost
Passport must have at least 6 months remaining until the expiration date.

Visa
Passport holders are allowed visa-free entry for a stay of up to 30 day. A visa is required for a stay exceeding 30 day.

Airline ticket / Insurance
  • - Students must hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination.
  • - The name on the tickets and passport should be identical.
  • - The itinerary should be shared with IMS for a pickup service.
  • - It is advisable that every student applies for insurance in case there is any type of accidents.

Essentials Passport, rouund-trip airline tickets, debit/credit card, insurance certificate
Stationery Dictionary, notebooks, reference books, writing suppliers, schools bags
Clothing T-shirt, shorts, long-sleeve shirts, pants, cap, underwear, socks, swimming gears, shoes, sandals, flip-flops
Toiletries & Other Stuff Toothbrush/paste, rezor, face/body care prodects, tissues, socket adapter, sunlasses, camera, medicine

Currency exchange
A hunderd US dollar notes have the best currency exchange rate in the Philippines. It is vital that students arrive with an essential amount of Philippine peso for their first days.

Departure Procedures
For international flights, it is advisable that students arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before their flight. Check-in->Security check -> Immigration inspection ->Proceed to boarding gate

Arrival Procedures
Immigration inspection -> Baggage claim -> Customs -> Exit of the airport -> Lock for an IMS sign -> Meet with an IMS manager
